Q: How much does the system cost?

A: The Esio Beverage System is the most cost-effective solution available today. Esio System users will save up to 50% over their grocery store purchases.

 

Q: What kinds of products can I get delivered and when will they be delivered?

A: Our Home & Office delivery service offers a variety of purified & natural waters and an additional 13 other Esio beverages including coffees, teas, sports drinks, vitamin water, juice and lemonade all to fit your lifestyle and all under 5 calories and sugar free. Your water will be delivered directly to your home or office by our partners every four weeks based a delivery schedule that will be mailed to you by them. Your Esio beverages will be delivered directly to your home or office by Esio Water and Beverage every four weeks base on our routing schedule. The delivery of water and beverages may not be on the same days but will occur every four weeks.

 

Q: Can I change the number of bottles of water and Esio Beverage e-paks I receive per delivery?

A: Yes. Please contact your local Esio Water & Beverage Representative for details.

Q: What if I need more water or Esio Beverage e-paks before my next scheduled delivery date?

A: You will be billed an additional charge for the extra products you receive but it is no problem just call or visit our website at any time to have additional water bottles or Esio products delivered to your home or office. If you need to skip a delivery entirely, you will still be billed the normal monthly fee.

 

Q: Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

A: No! You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up, pick up, or repair the Esio Beverage System at your home. You do not need to be at home to receive normal deliveries. Just leave your empty bottles at a pre-arranged location and the water company will pick them up and leave your standing order for water regardless of how many bottles you leave out for pickup. Esio will leave your beverage order, based on our standing order at our home or office on your scheduled delivery day.

 

Q: Can my Esio Beverage system be hooked into an existing Reverse Osmosis System?

A: Yes. Esio Water and Beverage can add a conversion kit to any of our systems that will allow you to use it with your current filtration system. If you do not have an R/O system and would like one Esio has a 5 stage R/O point of use system that can be made part of your package eliminating bottled water deliveries.

 

Q: How will you bill me?

A: Acceptable forms of payment are debit cards and credit cards. Billing may be permitted for a business. You will be automatically billed every 4 weeks based on your standing order. Additional deliveries above and beyond your regular standing order will be charged to the payment method on file upon delivery.

 

Q: What do I do with my empty bottles?

A: With every delivery, the water company will pick up empty bottles. Just leave them at a pre-arranged location.

 

 

Q: My Esio dispenser in not working properly, what should I do?

A: If you think your dispenser is not working as it should, please call your Esio Water & Beverage representative. We will be happy to assist you in identifying the problem and suggesting a solution.

 

Q: What happens if I move?

A: Please contact your Esio Water & Beverage representative for assistance setting up service in your new location.

 

 

Q: How many drinks do I get out of one Esio Beverage e-pak?

A: Each pack makes approximately 108 ounces of beverage. The e-paks are reusable until gone and have a one year shelve life.

 

Q: Do I have to use the entire Esio Beverage Pak once it is placed in the Esio System?

A: No! Our system and e-paks work based on a "drop in" technology that allows you to change beverages whenever you choose and as often as you choose.

 

Q: How much can I SAVE using the Esio Beverage System?

A: Saves up to 50% versus drinks you would buy in supermarkets.

 

Q: Are Esio Beverages healthy and safe?

A: YES! All our beverages are less than 5 calories, sugar free and FDA approved.

 

Q: How many drinks can I make using the 13 Esio beverages currently available?

Q: Will the Esio Beverage System save me space in my kitchen at home or at the office?

A: Yes. Each small Esio Beverage e-pak replaces TEN 12 ounce can or bottle in your kitchen.

 

Q: Is Esio Eco-Friendly?

A: YES! One small box of three e-paks of Esio beverages replaces 30 cans or bottles in the landfill.

 

Q: Do I have to rent the Esio System or can I purchase the system?

A: You can now purchase or rent the system with many different options available.

 

Q: If I buy the Esio Beverage System is it covered by a warranty?

A: YES! Both the Esio Beverage System and the Esio 5 stage R/O System are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. An extended 3 year or 5 year warranty is available

 

Q: Can I change my standing order for water or beverages at any time?

A: YES! Simply call us or use our web site order change form to advise us of any changes you would like to implement or to order additional water or beverage between your scheduled deliveries.
